Dr. Victoria Pierrie is the CEO/Founder of a hybrid model tutoring and consulting firm, P Squared Academics, LLC. At sixteen years old, Dr. Pierrie discovered her passion for teaching education while interning with teachers through a program at her high school in Tucker, Georgia called Teacher Cadet. With over fourteen years teaching primary grades and coaching fellow educators, she has successfully impacted the student achievement gaps in reading and math for hundreds of students.
Dr. Pierrie received her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Vanderbilt University, and her master’s and doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from Lipscomb University. Professional developments, certifications, and mentorships from Griffin Resa, major school districts, and elementary school educators allowed her to master Mathematical and English Language Arts pedagogy. As a result of her instruction, 80% of her students exceeded their standardized test growth goals as well as read at or above grade level. Consequently, she earned numerous awards including Teacher of the Month and runner-up for Teacher of the Year.
Dr. Pierrie’s renowned educational experiences in the classroom have translated to the success of transitioning to establishing her business, P Squared Academics, LLC in August 2021. Her business has impacted several families by providing incomparable and unforgettable instructional encounters.
